Eating many types of cuisine is one of my favorite pastimes. I absolutely adore food!  Mexican is probably my favorite because I really love spicy, hot foods. I love the friendliness of the people in authentic Mexican restaurants and their love of small children. I love the wonderful appreciation they have for a chilled draft beer or a Margarita and the fact that they never short you on the alcohol. I also love Italian cooking. I love the sauces and the spices and their true love of food. The cheeses and breads and the dipping oils are aromatic and spiced with zest. The history of the Italian people make you want to stomp grapes or just get plain drunk while indulging in wonderful pastas and wine.
