I would gain back what I lost due to stress

Stress is a physical response to perceived or real threats. It is vital to understand the leading causes of stress in order to know how to cope with them. Stress is a contributing factor in certain serious conditions such as heart disease and impairs the immune system. Managing stress is an aid to good health. Stress is a part of everyday life, but chronic stress can produce physical health symptoms such as headache and elevated blood pressure. Stress is caused by many sources, including financial strain, family pressure and unhealthy relationships like divorce. Due to stress I lost money and friends both I need them back. And I can get them only by avoiding it or finding a cure for it so I would change this.
