My longest job was working at a window company as a lead person. I absolutely loved the hustle and bustle, the responsibility, and the fact that I had job security. This job was a good one for me because I am a natural leader, with a mindset for managerial positions. I loved the combination of physicality and mental aptitude that was required for this position. I liked the fact that I could work side by side with fellow employees and yet still have a higher degree of responsibility and a broad learning experience as a lead person also.
