BALANCE DIET

When i was a kid i used to eat all junk which take me in the que of the fat brotherhood. then i got a workout routine and after time i figure out the best food ever.the best spice of food is the hunger.our body needs balance diet but our tounge needs all junk food.balance diet i have everyday consist of vitamins, protiens ,carbohydrates and some roughage(oats).its a diet that should be must for any person who is regular to the gym.our body needs protiens not the spices we eat.my daily food part is white oats which is rich in fibre.and red mest. with coke which provide 800 calories.we should eat to live not to make living for eat.
