When i was a kid i used to eat all junk which take me in the que of the fat brotherhood. then i got a workout routine and after time i figure out the best food ever.the best spice of food is the hunger.our body needs balance diet but our tounge needs all junk food.balance diet i have everyday consist of vitamins, protiens ,carbohydrates and some roughage(oats).its a diet that should be must for any person who is regular to the gym.our body needs protiens not the spices we eat.my daily food part is white oats which is rich in fibre.and red mest. with coke which provide 800 calories.we should eat to live not to make living for eat.

Sometimes it seems to be the most excited time and sometimes it seems to be the most tough time of my life.the longest job yet in my life was the job of bouncer at the bar.we all see bouncers in bars but dont know what they reay are.in bar everyday comes with something.everyday drama ,sentiments and anger flows with the beeers at bar.my job was to took that people out who ever made the enviroment worse than bad at any time.its called the hell sometimes.because a drunk man or women crossed thier limits everyday.and its the bouncer who actualy bothered by thier actions.but like all time .it was my unique experience of my life.

Some moments make memmories like no one can ever forgot.it was like my dream day when i was in the show of michael jackson.the great legend came to india at that time 1996.it was like a fairy tale came true.the god of music was in front of my eyes.and i was just clicking each and every moment with my eyes.it was so delight to see the great pop star performing in front of my eyes.the moves he made was like the reflection of perfection.the one in the world.we all were there whole day without hunger and thirst because we know that it was the time that no one will forgot ever.we were seeing the man who was about to be the god of the music soon after.
